"Amazing Hotel with very nice rooms!"

"I think it all has to do with expectations. I think the main problem was it just lacked basic hotel items. No water kettle, no rubbish bin in the room, you had to pay for a coffee or tea yet there was no way to get any - same with water, luckily you can just drink the tap water. I think overall it would be a 5/5 if the hotel was rated 3 stars and was about 100 euros less a night"

"One of the most beautiful places in the world. We couldn't believe where we landed when we decided to stay in the Dolomites on the way from Salzburg to Vienna. Dario and Family/staff were beyond accommodating and went above and way beyond to make our short stay one of the best stays of our three week tour. Lovely."

"Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Etwas getrübt wurde der gute Gesamteindruck durch den Umstand, dass wir weder im Restaurant speisen noch irgendein Getränk an der Bar erhalten konnten, mit der Begründung, man müsse sich um eine Reisegruppe kümmern. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser wäre bei 29 Grad schon schön gewesen."

"Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...
