"Room were pretty run down, and the entire hotel was extremely hot, and it was pouring rain outside. Lots of signs of water damage, stains on the ceiling and walls. I typically book with Holiday Inn express and like it but this one was not as expected. "

"This was our first stay and we loved it. The room was spacious and the suite amenities were terrific. A kettle!! I'm a tea drinker so was delighted. The breakfast was very good, staff were friendly and helpful, building was clean and well-maintained. Outdoor amenities were a surprise. We really liked this hotel."

"Unfortunately I was dissapointed this time at the Hilton. Our first room was leaking water from the ceiling and we weren’t on the top floor. I believe the rain was coming in thru the walls of hotel. Staff moved us to same room but the bed in that room clearly needs to be changed! I can’t recall the last time I had a mattress that sounded like I was sleeping on rusty springs and everytime we moved it creaked loudly! Not sure if I would stay here again."

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay. Parking was a little fun at times for where our room was located as delivery trucks blocked our parking space for a period of time, but not a real problem. It would have been nice to have received a paper copy of the layout of the building to locate the best and easiest route to your destination within the building which would have been helpful. The only problem was when room was cleaned they did not always restock the coffee...
