"The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My complaint was that our room was not cleaned on one of the days even after I tipped the housekeeper. The next day I went to the front desk and they did call to get our room cleaned. But even then they only put clean towels and made the bed. No coffee or cups. "The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. "Worst stay I ever had in Simi valley ,dirty place ,they lie about breakfast it’s just coffee and gas station muffins the room and hall way smelled like weed and my rooms bed sheets and blankets was smelling like people slept in them few times .No Amenities or sitting area in the Lobby .They also wound check you in before 3pm and the altitudes are horrible.Worst night ever couldn’t wait to check out next morning."

They saved our packages for us and even searched for a missing item related to our special-needs daughter’s wheelchair. Their kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference. "Room was clean and well maintained. Fluffy towels and great linens. Refrigerator and safe but no microwave. No restaurant in walking distance except the hotel but easily drivable for lots of choices. Front desk even helped me find Pickleball Athletic Club an easy 15 minutes away. Only downside was the meeting conference room where our 50th high school reunion was held has no sound dampening which made it almost impossible to have a conversation with the person sitting next to me."
