"Room was just right. I arrived very late in the night and the staff helped me even though my reservation had technically been deemed a no-show at midnight. So for that reason the service I received was excellent. Breakfast was standard fare - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles."

"Breakfast was supposedly served until 9:00 but at 8:20 all protein was completely gone. There was no milk for cereal… and one singular yogurt. My family had to eat waffles only. No butter just margarine and syrup. I did ask the desk for more eggs or sausage for a group of young men that came hungry to the breakfast area. They did say it was too late to make sausage but they would make some eggs. They proceeded to microwave eggs. The rooms were certainly not sound proof like Expedia said. ...

"The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It is very outdated and shows its age. The staff is never at the front desk so you will be waiting if and when you have an issue. My sink backed up in the middle of the night with water all over the floor and countertop. It took over an hour for them to fix and the only compensation I received for the inconvenience was a fresh set of towels. Not worth the price they are charging. Convenience is the only reason to stay here, and that isn't worth it anymore...

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. "05.07.2026 The facility is under renovation. The pool is closed. The room was not clean. The breakfast was lacking breakfast. Thought coming down a few minutes before it was to "open" at least the coffee would be ready but the person who works at the front desk was doing something else and had nothing started. Was not going to wait for coffee or any other maybe type of food to be ready in 20 minute after the time it was supposed to be ready. Left and went to a restruant along our journey. Money...
