"Rooms were super clean and hotel lobby as well. Location is excellent. There were many college kids there for a taekwondo competition so breakfast was packed. Otherwise, very happy there."

"We really like this property. Right next to a small pond, surrounded by trees, very convenient to the freeway and to a Greenway to walk or run in the morning, across from Aldi and food options. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, room was great and on the back of the hotel and sides it overlooks trees or a pond. We did not notice any noise from the highway. Great hotel."

"Poor plumbing!! The sink kept clogging up..there were hair on the “clean” towels!! Overall the place seems to be falling apart from neglect!! The carpet smells super musty!! However, the location is great!!"

"The room was dirty upon arrival. It was trashy and the revoked smelled as if someone just smoked . They also made me deposit $100 to get access to the room although I booked through Expedia. I asked for clean towels and bed spread and the representative was disrespectful. I drove 6 hours to the hotel and did not stay. I arrived at 6:54pm checked out 8pm. As I was checking out the lady did not seem to care or adjust my room situation. I did not deserve this treatment or messy room. I have proof...

"I really just needed a place to sleep after the days festivities. I did not get to use any amenities. The elevator was a big scary but I wasn't about to lug that suitcase 3 flights is steps. So it worked out! I didn't interact with the start except to check in and out and they were both friendly"

"House keeping could be improved. Requested additional towels because they only clean every other day, and they would not bring them to the room. Made you pick them up downstairs. "

"Breakfast and gym are great. Pool was closed. Hotel is tired with lots of maintenance needed. Staff were helpful and nice. So it's a mixed bag. Don't expect any accommodations that are high quality. It's an older place. "

"The property was good. The pool was ice cold ( fresh water ) but I booked the hotel because of the pool. We would stay there again!"

"The staff were nice and our stay was fine overall. Two things require improvements: 1) the hallways frequently smelled very bad. 2) It’s impossible to relax in outdoor areas if other guests are allowed to play videos or music (loudly) on speaker. I would suggest putting up clear signs that having one’s phone on speaker in common areas is not allowed and actually enforcing it."
