"My husband and I have stayed here 3 times. Each one was a great experience. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools. It’s also close to our son’s and the restaurants where we like to eat. Love that breakfast is included. Beds are very comfortable and they have a good sized TV. The beach was not too crowded either."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel because of the beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately, the view was the only highlight of our stay. The room was not clean. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, and the room felt old, small, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should never be an issue at any hotel. The customer service was even more disappointing. As Hilton Vacation Club members we decided to check out this property via Expedia before spending future HVC points to stay here in the future. Excellent property with excellent amenities! The outdoor pool is incredible, as is the indoor pool and lazy floating river. Thoroughly enjoyed fishing on the private lake. The location was very quiet and private. I highly rate this property and would recommend to other!"
