"The first room they gave me smelled like sewage, the alternative room had a moldy smell and they couldn’t give me a key because the key card machine wasn’t working. There was a soccer team run through the hallways yelling and when I called the front desk they suggested I go to another hotel if I wanted a peaceful nights rest. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend."

"The room was clean. I had a chance to visit the bar for a moment and it was cool to just sit. The lobby was beautiful. The few employees I encountered were helpful."

"We checked in after midnight. I asked for a late checkout and it was denied. I walked into the room and the main lightswitch didn't work (room 203). Walked over to the lamp on the desk to turn it on, but also didn't work. The bed (right side) was so sunk in the middle we felt like we were falling into each other. I tried toccall and ask for a late checkout this morning but the phone wasn't working either. Maybe it would if it had a cord attached. Worst stay at this chain ever. I picked this one...

"If you are coming to Greensboro, NC, stay here! Make sure you make a reservation for the restaurant, Printworks. Get the beignets! The hotel is super nice and clean. Great staff. Whoever is in charge of maintenance and their crew, should receive a raise. Front desk staff should too. Great hotel and restaurant. Go and relax. Greensboro is a great."

"The Bellhop greeted us the minute we parked, unloaded our luggage and took it up to our room. He went above and beyond laying out our luggage and telling us all about our room. He was wonderful.
The room was fantastic. More than we could have ever expected. So clean and very spacious.
Breakfast at the Green Valley Grill was so good. I had the Applewood smoked Quiche. Very delicious. Could easily be shared!

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "
