"I highly recommend this hotel! We stopped late at night for somewhere to stay for the night and all the workers were so pleasant! In the morning we got up to eat breakfast and the lady working the breakfast area was so nice as well as the lady checking us out at the counter! The rooms were nice and clean as well. I’m not one to leave a review but wanted others to know how pleased we were with the stay! Thank you. "

"This stay was better than the last few I have been to. The front desk receptionist was amazing, kind and helpful. She was quick and friendly. The pool was clean along side the room. Breakfast was above board especially when you have people like Marsha working for your establishment. My son went to get pancakes and only one came out. The batter bag was empty. He was okay with the one, but Marsha noticed that he was waiting. We sat to eat and she sought us out to ask if we wanted more. Next thing you know, this employee showed up to our table (without being prompted) with a stack of pancakes butter and syrup for the three of us. This is not the kind of service you get anymore. Way to go Marsha for going the extra mile when you don’t have to!! We come to Rockingham pretty often because we have family in the area. This is one reason we will continue to use Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites wherever we come to town from now on. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful staff! Can’t wait to see y’all next month. "
