"Staff was very nice to us. The sheets could have been nicer. They have a tendency to pill. Since the weekend rate is higher, it would have been nice to have a little upgrade on the breakfast may be nicer danish. Very clean pool was great right on the beach."

"Before you book at this property. Pictures are outdated. Wifi doesn’t work.Dirty , no fan in the bathroom. Mildew all over the walls . Allergies. No safety, lots of drunk construction workers walking around.Unfortunately booked with Expedia 8 nights. Left the property the second day and booked somewhere else, didn’t get a penny back . Got charged pet fee twice. Bank currently disputing charge. Stay away from this property."

"It was a nice stay. The room was nice bathroom clean. My problem was there wasnt a person in house most of the time. There was a kiosk in the lobby. Thats how business was conducted. If you had a nonstandard question there was no quick answer. English was not the first language. The accents were very difficult to understand over a speaker. My card was doubled billed. It was not corrected."

"Great location if you like being in the busier area of Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head. Right on the beach and walking access to several restaurants and shops. Room was nice, clean, cold a/c, there was a walking deck with a nice sitting area to view the ocean and access the beach area with foot wash station. Kill Devill Grille right across the street. Bed was comfortable and nice smart TV."

"As far as our suite, almost everything was pretty good. They could probably stock the kitchen a little better but we got by. The main problem we had was the fact that the only picture on their website is of the booking office. But when you get there, you find out that the “ no elevator” two-story cabins where you have outside wooden stairs leading up to the second floor. We ended up with an upstairs unit and attempted to get moved to a ground floor. However, there were none available. My wife...

"Don't expect Breakfast, they only offer Banana (they only have 4 bananas) , Apple and Coffee. I had to call customer for them to offer oats, until then they have them inside. Rooms are clean"

"I like to stay at Comfort Suites because you know what to expect. A nice, bright, simple CLEAN room with very comfortable beds and great sheets! This particular stay I liked because the room had nice Pergo type flooring, no carpeting, which I feel is more sanitary and smells better. The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out! They were so kind and personable! Very warm and welcoming and and very helpful and informative. "Place is right on the water with everything you need in the room. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave and stovetop. Room is very clean and the staff was above and beyond amazing. We can’t wait for the next time we come down to stay here."

"Toilet is way too small. The entry door sticks so bad my wife had trouble opening it. The balcony door is falling apart. The breakfast buffet was less than desirable and The bar doesn’t even open until 3pm"
