"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch hatten wir für den Preis pro Nacht mehr Komfort erwartet. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach, die Betten sehr durchgelegen, der Abfluss in der Dusche nicht in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war gut. Begeistert waren wir von der Qualität des Abendessens."

"Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gerade die mit Meerblick hatten durch die Aussicht besonderen Charme. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt war bei uns, dass es 1 Stunde vor regulärer Check-Out-Zeit die Dringlichkeit des Personals gab, doch bitte das Zimmer freizugeben, weil es viele neue Anreisen gab an dem Tag. Das hat den bis dahin entstanden Eindruck des Hotels etwas zunichte gemacht."
