"This was our first time staying at the Majestic Palace hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. The feeling of the hotel is very relaxed, and it is truly a “destination hotel.” I would also highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant, Don Geppi, that is located in the hotel. We had dinner there on our final night in Italy, and it was an incredible experience!"

"Heel fijn verblijft gehad in dit hotel. We verbleven hier als basis voor onze trip naar de Amalfi kust. Hele lieve dame bij het inchecken die alles uitlegde en tips gaf voor de omgeving. We hadden een gerenoveerde kamer en die was heel fijn, schoon, mooi. Het hotel heeft een achter ingang wat heel fijn is, via daar loop je direct het centrum in. Dat scheelt een stuk omlopen in plaats van de hoofdingang. Ontbijt was prima, niet super uitgebreid maar gewoon goed. Enige minpuntje vonden wij...

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

We'd especially like to call out Salem for staying late for us on our check in day due to flight delays that made us arrive much later than our original expected arrival time. Salem was very patient with us and we really appreciated the above and beyond service he provided. "The owner was so helpful and he took a effort to take us to our floor , showed us our room , give us room with gorgeous view , later he gave us list of restaurants in that area and offered any help . Next morning greeted us at breakfast , and when asked for gluten free options he personally toasted us gluten free bread. Very polite and friendly!! Definitely going back !!"
