Had to wait for housekeeping just to tell us no that’s not something I can do we need to get maintenance who eventually showed up only to be told that he needed housekeeping too as the beds needed to be fully torn apart to be fixed. Chips and scratches in bathing are. 3-4 times we had to go back downstairs to the front desk because the keys stopped...

"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating during both check in and check out. Both processes were a breeze and they explained the amenities of the hotel thoroughly. They went above and beyond to help us find items we had forgotten at home. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and the bed was comfortable. It was an overall great stay!"
