"Surprised by $10 parking fee charged by the hotel. This is new and I wasn't informed of. I paid through Expedia for an all inclusive amount so I was shocked to see my credit card was charged by the hotel. This hotel is off a major interstate/highway. Wouldn't you think you'd include free parking in the total rate."

"Got a room with a jacuzzi tub in room just for the jacuzzi. It did not work at all. Called front desk for ice and was told that they would not bring me ice when all I asked was if there was ice on site. After looking for the ice machine get to it, no ice. Horrible service. "

"The place was good, although i did not expect much especially that i booked first before looking at google reviews. But it was the opposite from the reviews on google, i just needed a place to stay for a concert i was attending. The place was budget friendly too."

"Thunder Valley Casino was honestly pretty underwhelming. The food was just so-so, nothing memorable at all. The room felt like a very slight upgrade from a Motel 6 — definitely not what I expected for the price. The most entertaining part of the trip was honestly watching the homeless people gambling, which was kind of wild in its own way. Overall, not the Vegas-style experience they try to market. Probably wouldn’t make a special trip back."
