However, when my guest arrived, the front desk had no record of him, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. "The staff was great, but there’s a couple things that bothered me. The $12 a night for parking, that needs to be included in the price when booking. It’s ridiculous to charge for parking for a paying customer, especially 12 dollars a night, that’s wild. "The facility is dirty and has a weird smell. There isnt someone at the front desk the whole time they are always in a back room. The lock on my door didnt work so I had to rely on the swing latch. Safety concern. I wont be staying here again"
