"We were on the 2nd floor. Could hear a lot of noise in the hall and from the 3rd floor."

"We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us."

"My sister was visiting from out of town, and we chose Staybridge Suites while attending the John Fogerty concert. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast offered excellent choices, the rooms were clean, and the pool was a great bonus. We also appreciated having shopping nearby. I would rate almost everything as excellent. The only disappointment was that there was no social hour on the nights we stayed. It would be nice if the hotel could offer it on additional...
