"Our room was not cleaned and we were checking in at 6:30pm at night. The front desk had multiple people waiting due to the same issue and one person said that there were no sheets on their beds and handed them a set to put on themselves. We cancelled and went somewhere else. "

"The room was fine but there was no continental breakfast like the photos show. The continental breakfast was $16... two eggs were also $16, yogurt was $10. Unbelievable. Neer been to a hotel without free breakfast.. I didn't see any vending machines either so you have to pay for really really really expensive snakcs. Sad.."

"Staff was very nice. Got there early and they tried very hard to have our rooms next to each other. The rooms have a strange smell to them. Rugs could use a great cleaning. Tile was sticky. Breakfast was good 😀"

"There wasn't very good ammenties, no 24 hour coffee/tea was provided and the coffee in the room was stale and very weak. No microwave in room to heat up take out food. Sheets felt rough , not soft at all. Ive stayed in other places for cheaper that had much better amenities. "

"Once we got settled in, we found everything very easy to navigate, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative was with the Wi-Fi was so spotty. Most of us are used to being on Wi-Fi all the time, these days, and it was frustrating when we were trying to navigate our travel arrangements."
