"Room was ok tidy carpets in the hallway were a bit stained questionable, could be a bit cleaner but think that could just age the bathroom shower was terrible. The water would suddenly would scolding hot. With no warning and water pressure would drop off. Breakfast was nice fresh Continental with a few hot bits. Staff are nice helpful."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"Great hotel close by airport with a courtesy shuttle. No dining choices adjacent to property so we dined here and were impressed. Great choice for making an early am flight. Helpful, friendly staff at every encounter."

"This is a very new hotel in excellent condition. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaints are as follows: the restaurant is not open on weekends, though I was able to order a lovely dinner from a limited menu and ate it in the bar area; there were no plugs near the bed ( I couldn’t find any in the bedroom area) so I had to use the bathroom plug to charge my phone and couldn’t use my cpap. (I did not contact the front desk...

"New hotel .All was fine, except that the parking entry bars where defective. Helpfull team. Perfect to go by light rail to Brussels. The Dirgem station is 3 min walking away."
