"I have coeliac and they were very good at catering for my gluten-free needs. I had pancakes different options to choose from muffins and the staff were quite knowledgeable about it. I would have liked to have some of the other options that were all offered everyone else for example the eggs and bacon. But it was still great to have lots of options cuz I'm not used to it. "

"I have stayed at the Hilton Prague Atrium several times in the past and have generally had good experiences, which is why I continue to choose this property. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was disappointing. The check-in process took over an hour, even though it was not during the typical peak check-in time of around 3:00 PM. The room initially assigned to me also had a strong cigarette smoke odor, resembling an ashtray from excessive smoking. This issue was addressed promptly and I was given another room, which I appreciated. Later that evening around 11:00 PM, I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times to request a dental kit, but no one answered the phone. I was eventually able to reach the desk in the morning, though the request was not resolved. I shared this feedback during check-out. The staff were polite, but the response focused mostly on explanations rather than acknowledging the concerns raised. Given my positive past stays, I hope this feedback can be used to improve the guest experience going forward."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Diplomat Hotel Prague. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and feels modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated the separate duvets. When we requested extra pillows, reception delivered them quickly. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and shower, large mirror and good quality amenities including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The room also included thoughtful extras such as a safe, shoe care items, mini fridge with complimentary water, multiple seating areas and a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. Complimentary breakfast was included and offered a good variety of tasty options. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a spa, gym, hot tub, sauna and multiple restaurants. There is also parking on site and free water available in the lobby. The location is convenient for both the city centre and airport via tram and bus, with shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were a slight odour in the room and weak air conditioning, as the room became quite warm at times. Overall, a comfortable and well equipped hotel with great amenities and service."

"I was informed prior arrival that at the day of arrival I'll receive information about self check-in. Nothing. I called to reception and they informed me we are not connected to hotels.com messages. Room without bathroom and toilet - ok, but one toilet without any water and hand washing option, which is only in the bathroom? And one toilet an bathroom for 5 rooms - 10 people? I n need to wait couple of time after toilet till bathroom is free? Awful. Breakfast from 8:30? Impossible for many people using this accomodation."
