"Terrible check in experience. Front desk staff was confused and overwhelmed by reservation issues with other guests. Check in is at 3pm but room was still not ready at 4pm. Room seems to be missing furniture. Trash in stairwell. In my opinion, property is not well managed and whomever is managing the property is missing the details that would elevate a customer's experience."

"Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel."

"The hotel was very attractive the rooms very nice spacious and clean. bathroom was clean. Sometimes hotels really turn me off with a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower,however could not find fault with my stay. Breakfast was adequate."

"When I checked in, I was told the room was behind the office. I got my luggage out and went on the sidewalk behind the office. There were no rooms there. I went back to the office. I was told behind her meant across the lot and on the other side of the pool. I re-loaded my luggage into the car and drove to the other side. Luggage had to be dragged up stairs as there was no ramp. Nasty bathtub. Drain stoppers had been removed from the sink and bathtub. Good luck if you drop your...

"Spark by Hilton was perfectly suited for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the basics needed for an overnight were supplied. The room lacked a personal coffee pot which required an early morning trip to the lobby, but for the money I spent, I was pleased."
