"Amazing experience from our arrival to checkout. The front desk staff and valet were so kind and helpful. I ordered room service for breakfast which was presented beautifully and delicious. Perfect location in Milan, in walking distance to the city's center, great shopping and dining. One of the best hotels I have stayed at! I would defintely return next time I am in Milan. I can't wait to go back."

"The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay."

"Everything was excellent! The only thing i was a bit disappointed was that i asked for switching pillows since they offer the pillow service , but no one showed up although the front desk said someone would come in a few minutes. Anyway despite of that i would stay again for sure"

"The toilet seat was broken and we reported it to the front desk and he said that it was the weekend and nothing could be done. It had been broken for a while for sure. The building was under construction and it was difficult to get to it. The breakfast was tasty though."

"This appeared to be a no frills small family run hotel in town and close to supermarkets snd restaurants. The staff are very friendly and offer personalized service. Breakfast was good and all prices very reasonable. Hotel was also quite and in a safe area. There was underground parking as well but very few spots Overall, a good property if you dont want to pay the high prices in the tourist center. I would rather stay in a quite area and even after paying for taxi to go to the central tourist...

"The location was convenient for subway travel but the street was a bit sketchy. It was fine during the day but not sure I would feel safe in the late evening. All the shopping was right around the corner for brand name stores. There were many food options nearby with both restaurants and small grocery stores. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. The room was quiet but the hallway had music and/or talk radio going continuously which I could have done without. The staff was...
