Nice hotel for short stay. Breakfast is very good and included. Even gluten free is no problem. In the hotel and in the room it is pretty warm, we found it a bit too warm.

It is too far from the city also you have to walk about 20 minutes to train station.The breakfast was so simple but the breakfast lady was nice. Our room's view was car repair garage so we had to close and keep the curtain all time.

People was very friendly. Noha made our stay very pleaseful. She helped us with some problems. All the employees were friendly. Rooms are good. Breakfast is good. Good but service let it down

The hotel is lovely and modern, spacious lobby & bar area. The rooms were spacious, clean with comfortable beds. The shower was a good sized walk in in a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very disappointing, we ate 1.5hrs before it closed and most items had run out and the staff were very slow in replenishing. We arrived an hour before check in on the off chance that we could get our room early or at least store our luggage but we got a straight abrupt no, when we arrived later we were initially told we had no reservation until someone stepped in. Some customer service training would be beneficial!!

I liked the modern decorum. It was spa like with clean lines. Very comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious which included hot scrambled eggs and the staff was wonderful. Guest should be asked if they will need a parking permit. Upon arrival, we parked our rental car and checked in. Assuming the parking permit/cost was included. Not so. We went out only to return to a full parking lot. It just so happened that my brother has a disability and had brought along his handicap decal. So, the desk clerk asked to see it; otherwise, we were told that our car would be towed. That was the only glitch in our stay.

Disappointed

Booked this hotel for 4 nights and 2 rooms. Everything prepaid. My friend arrived the next day but the hotel took the initiative to cancel the 4 nights 9f this room, whithout trying to contact us... air conditionning was not working, room was too warm. No way to open the windows to have fresh air. Crowdy breakfast. Room was not cleaned even if I put the sign on my door, and when i came back the evening after a long day of work, and I claimed to have a room cleaned. The waitress told me it was too late... well more interested to make money than satisfy the customer. I willnot come back.

Wir werden nie wieder über Expedia etwas buchen!!!! Hatte 2 anstelle nur 1 Nacht gebucht, meinen Fehler sofort bemerkt und versucht zu korrigieren. Wurde mit einem Roboter verbunden . Echte Mitarbeiter gibt es wohl nicht! Hab ich tagelang bemüht und bekam keinerlei Entgegenkommen! Sehr nervig und mühsam! Wir können Expedia ganz klar nicht empfehlen! Idee Unterkunft selber war gut - wie immer!
