"The Hotel was spotlessly clean and excellently located for walking to local restaurants and the lake. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was defiantly service with a smile. Excellent value for money and we would certainly stay again when we revisit the area."

Colazione ottima, di qualità e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi è la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualità della cena è da 5 stelle. Infine...

"I based our stay here on other people's reviews & it did NOT disappoint! Everything about our time here was amazing. The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. "Clean, renovated, quiet, with easy parking! And only 7 minutes from Passignano s/t. Great beds, stunning view from the balcony, we were all impressed. Highly recommend! "

"Our visit was like being spoiled from the moment we arrived! The staff and even the owner were there to make sure we had everything we needed! Though our visit was in the off season, the only thing we didn't get to use was the pool as it was just too cold. The breakfast, though, was the best we have ever had while traveling! Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance downhill from Piazza Garibaldi (the entry to the main pedestrian zone of Cortona).
