We were arriving late (then my flight was delayed further) and were asked to check in online before 11.00pm but this was complicated and wouldn't work for me. "Soap and shampoo dispensers available but no skin lotion nor toothpaste. No facial tissues either. Bottled Water for sale in mini fridge. Very helpful front desk who helped me booked the Alsa bus to my next destination. Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to the central bus station and the same distance to Centro Botin and the waterfront. Within walking distance to restaurant and bars. Room is large."
