"Beautiful old hotel. Lovely breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Stayed during the heatwave last week so bedrooms were incredibly hot but fans and bottles of iced water provided. No air conditioning which would have helped enormously but did not spoil our stay. Foyer and lounge areas coolest ..."

"When I arrived I had to wait 20 mins as there “system” was slow, this resulted into waiting in the reception area for ages. Once I collected my card for my room, the room stunk, loud all night, stains on the bed sheets, no towels, the fan was broken."
