"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. "Be aware that this is a residential property without your own entrance. It is in a shabby and unsafe feeling part of town and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. Owners uncontactable in any way. As a single traveller, I did not stay here as i felt very unsafe on arrival. "Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! "

"Hotel was nice and in a good location for visiting nearby areas. Good parking area Room was spacious and had air conditioning and twin double beds. Couldn't work out how to close the plug for a bath but the shower was hot and powerful. Fan in the bathroom didn't work but reception staff listed our complaint and were going to sort it out. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and staff worked hard to keep area clean and food items restocked. "

"Staying in Peterborough on a regular basis, this is the first time I have stayed at the Delta Marriott. I was staying during one of the many heatwaves the UK experienced over the summer of 2025. The air conditioning was a delight. I had an accessible room, which had a wet room configuration. This was perfect for my needs. I have arthritis in the knees, which can make climbing over the side of a bath difficult, even with grab rails. The rest of the room was spacious and very comfortable. I will return in a heartbeat. I was attending various family events over a few days, so did not avail myself of all the facilities, but will do when I return in the future. "

"Cheap hotel but does the job. We needed an over night stay and it does the job. One of our other parties had a room that smelt a drainy but they moved her straight away when we went back to the guy on reception who had checked us in. Staff are polite so can't fault it. Nice spacious room and comfy bed"
