"1. We were there for 4 nights. Two of those days we wanted room service and we took the do not disturb sign off the door. Both day housekeeping did not come. When I called the front desk to complain, they looked at the records and said that housekeeping had notated the do not disturb sign on the door both days, which is absolutely false. I will give the front desk credit in that they did give us two complimentary breakfasts on the last day to help make up for no housekeeping during our stay - 2....

"Came to visit for a long weekend & enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful, the shuttle was easy to request, the hotel was clean & free parking!
Only two negatives:
-you definitely need a car to get around
-the pillows are HORRIBLY flat (Left my stay with a sore neck but at least the mattress was comfortable)
I would definitely stay here again... just request extra pillows next time :)"

"This property served its purpose as I needed an overnight stay due to an extended layover. Customer service was on-point, the room was clean and comfortable and the property was close to the airport. The complimentary shuttle bus provided ease of transition between the property and airport.
I would stay at the property again if ever in the area."

"Hotel room looked old. The balcony door cannot be opened. Not much natural light so it felt musty. There were cracks on the wall and the vent had some dust in it. It was clean and no bedbugs, but we were itching at times. There were cracks on the bathroom lighting and sink. It made me wonder what kind of things happened in this room. Staff is great though."
