"The good thing is its just across the Vienna Main Train station. Staff was not helpful. There was no mode of communication in the room to contact the staff.
I had to go the reception to ask for iron. They keep on saying it will come in 10 mins even after going multiple times downstairs. After an hour, I had to go without ironing my clothes. But even when I came in the evening, nothing was there in the room. Regarding amenities, you will only find handsoap and shower gel in the room. TV is very...

"It’s more budget than you’d expect for a premier inn - no tea making facilities in the reception or in the room and no drinking water without paying for it. The bathroom was a bit worse for wear. The location is very convenient for the station though and the room was clean so if you’re looking for super budget then it is that."

"This was our first time in Austria. This hotel is across from Vienna Opera house, great location, can walk most everywhere in Ringstrasse. Breakfast great, rooms large.
The best though was the front desk staff!
Florentina was fabulous! We hadn’t navigated the train system before, & she was so helpful. She was great! All staff were!!"
