Sehr ruhiges und gepflegtes Hotel. Super Frühstück und wunderbare Umgebung. Für Außendienstler absolut zu empfehlen. Mit Schwimmbad und Sauna mehr geht nicht. Nach ca. 30 Übernachtungen gab es keine Beanstandungen. Für mich das beste Hotel in der Region Greifswald.

2 Tagestrip mit Übernachtung im Golfhotel. Nach Ankunft wurde der Wellnessbereich ausprobiert. 2 Saunen und 1 Dampfbad mit angeschlossenem Ruhebereich. Vom Ruhebereich schaut man auf den Golpfplatz inkl. kleinen See. Sehr schön angelegt. Einen Pool gibt es ebenfalls, sowie Angebote für Massagen etc. Das Zimmer ist mit viel Holz und großem Flachbildfernseher gut eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Im Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Wellnesstasche mit Handtuch und Badeschlappen. Ein Bademantel liegt ebenfalls bereit.

Vi är inga golfare men väldigt bra hade vi ändå. Fina rum fantastisk mat underbar pool och sauna.allt perfekt! Återvänder gärna!

Wir kommen wieder 😎

Obwohl die Rezeption normalerweise um 22 Uhr schließt hat die Nette Rezeptionistin bis 22:30 Uhr auf uns gewartet und nicht ich habe mich bei ihr gemeldet sondern sie sich bei mir da wir um 19 Uhr noch nicht beim Check-In waren. Ich dachte das sie 💯 pro genervt sein wird aber ganz im Gegenteil. Wir hatten noch eine nette Unterhaltung über Kamine & Küchenhexen. Vielen lieben Dank & liebe Grüße Malte vom Kamindoktor.

Im Sommer bestimmt schön grün

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr herzlich, Ein Upgrade sofort möglich. Gestört hat mich, dass die Rezeption im extra neu erbauten Blockbohlenhaus (inclusive Shop) ist. Für Ankommende und Abreisende ein Weg der bei schlechtem Wetter und vollgepackt nicht unbedingt sein müsste. Im Sommer mag das egal sein. Das Gleiche ist mit dem Restaurant. Es liegt neben dem Hotel, also muss man sich im Winter dick einmummeln und dann zum Frühstück oder Abendessen gehen. Ich finde dies unangenehm. Aber natürlich sieht das sicherlich jeder anders und es gibt einige Hotels, wo das üblich ist. Wo ich gerade beim Essen bin, das Abendessen war wirklich sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen, leider kann man dies vom Frühstück überhaupt nicht sagen. Ich finde es eine Unverschämtheit 16 € dafür zu nehmen, der Wert lag vielleicht bei 6,50. Solch ein spärliches Angebot hatte ich in einem Hotel noch nie. Keine Ahnung, ob es daran lag, dass das Hotel so wenig frequentiert war und daher die Auslage gering gehalten wird? Das wäre ja legitim, denn niemand ist für Verschwendung, aber dann sollten die Preise in der Zeit entsprechend angepasst werden. Das Zimmer war etwas klein (ich hatte ein DZ), aber sehr sauber. In dem Bett habe ich sehr gut geschlafen. Etwas gestört hat mich die nächtliche Außenbeleuchtung. Trotz geschlossener Gardinen war es recht hell, vor allem wenn zusätzlich noch der Fluter anging. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Den Wellnessbereich habe ich nicht genutzt.

Godt hotel med swimmingpool

Golfhotel, men man kan også bo her selvom man ikke spiller golf. Ligger lidt øde men med stor gratis p-plads. Pæne og nye værelser. God restaurant både til aften og morgenmad. Gratis adgang til opvarmet pool (textil) og saunaområde med flere saunaer (textilfri).

Rummen är helt ok, men står inte i proportion till priset. Möjligen är det prisvärt för en golfare som då bor på golfklubben. Restauranten är bra med trevlig miljö och god mat.

Schöne Wellnessanlage -zuvorkommendes Personal

Wir haben die unterschiedlichen Saunen und den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Ein 5-tägiger Aufenthalt, erstmalig in einem Golfressort, hinterlässt folgenden Eindruck: Man rechnet mit elitärerem Klientel, regelt jedoch mögliche Qualitätsmängel nicht angemessen großzügig oder entgegenkommend. Das ausgerechnet in unserer Reisezeit nicht zur Verfügung stehende Schwimmbad (Aktl. Pumpendefekt) wurde weder mit Bedauern entschuldigt noch zum Anlass genommen, uns als enttäuschten Gästen etwas andersartig Gutes aus dem als "elitär" geführten Angebot anzubieten (Frühstück?? Wellness???) Dieses Manko wurde uns als "höhere Gewalt" präsentiert. U.E. ist so ein Verhalten kontraproduktiv; wer einen 4 Sterne-Auftritt wünscht sollte auch geschult sein, dem Kunden zumindest das Gefühl zu geben, dass er sich verstanden fühlt und man bemüht ist, die hauseigenen Probleme nicht zum Problem des Kunden zu machen. Ein von uns angefragter Nachlass bei der Abrechnung wurde aus organisatorischen Gründen abgelehnt; die Online Reservierung mache es unmöglich hier Entgegen- kommen zu zeigen. Unser Wunsch für andere Gäste: direkt beim Check-In um Ausgleich bemüht sein und sich kümmern - Servicekompetenz sensibilisieren!!!
