"Hotel is in the industrial area of the city with good free parking options. Grocery store across the street as well as banks gas stations etc. the restaurant is nice for coffee and breakfast. The room is okay, my window had a privacy film and only light came through, no real view. The shower stall was weird but functional if you don't mind splashing water all over the place. I would stay here off season when the price is a good value."

"De locatie is prima voor een bezoek aan Lugo. De kamer is schoon en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij de omschrijving van de kamer staat dat er airco aanwezig is maar dat klopt niet."

"El personal muy amable y comunicativo. Pedimos hielo. Desayuno antes de la hora y nos ayudaron bastante. El problema es que no dormimos nada en absoluto primero por el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba nada y segundo el ruido en las demás habitaciones fue terrible y empezábamos el camino al día siguiente y lo iniciamos sin descanso sin dormir. Es importante que si ofrecen aire acondicionado esté bien porque si bien la mayor parte del tiempo en España hace frío. Cuando entra el calor es terrible...
