"Great location, excellent facilities. Staff very mixed - some incredible and some terrible. Cumulative number of issues but dealt with by a member of the management team after getting fed up of a number of things, Including: Dog mess left for > 24 hours after reporting it. Staff member laughed and clearly did nothing after reporting it. Not our dog. Had to call 4 times to get our daughters bed made up in the room. Despite being on the booking months in advance. "Hyatt Regency Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were wonderful. The shower was perfect and the towels where soft and smelled so clean. This was my second stay this year and I plan on staying every time I'm on Long Island, New York and elsewhere. I decided to become a member of the Hyatt Global Loyalty program, which will give me lovely perks, including free breakfast (see additional perks on Google)."

"Not ready for guests"

"The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed."

"Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bathroom could use a little updating but overall room was clean as was the hotel. Coffee and muffins in the morning was a nice surprise."

We heard banging, drilling, and stomping for hours on end. They should maybe have waited during the week or not a busy holiday to make these renovations.
