"Little America Hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked most basic room ( Garden View room) located not in a tower, but in one of the two story buildings. The room was large, clean, great, comfortable bedding and plush towels. Provided toiletries were of good quality. Coffee machine in the room was very convenient as well and of decent quality. The Coffee Shop for breakfast was wonderful ( like an upscale diner experience) and one of the lounges in Great America with live music and superb...

"You get what you pay for. The hotel has clearly seen better days and the rooms are in need of updating. Wear and tear was definitely showing throughout the room, with chips in the bathtub lining and shoddy painting in the corners of the wall. We were pretty unimpressed.
Staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Zero complaints there. Breakfast was good and plenty of options for even the pickiest of eaters."

"The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired.
Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door.
Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad.
Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...

"The location was great. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast which was delicious. I talked to the front desk gentleman and explained our room phone didn’t work, so we were unable to contact the front desk for food, ice or room questions. He was uncertain and the problem was not taken care of. Otherwise the room was clean and we enjoyed the location for the airport and restaurants."

"The front desk staff and cleaning staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was hearty and absolutely delicious with lots of different options. Our room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Parking was easy, and although our stay in Utah wasn't long enough to use the indoor pool, it looked very nice and well kept. There were several delicious restaurant choices within a mile of us along with nearby shopping. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. "

"Great stay for a family of 3, King bed with a pull out couch, comfy beds, good blackout drapes, easy check in, very clean new hotel and lobby, pool and hot tub area was nice and clean, good location, easy to find, parking was easy, friendly staff, close to Walmart and tons of restaurants (handy after a long day of travel). We only stayed 1 night and left before breakfast so did not get a chance to try that. Would recommend!"

"After a very nice welcome by staff at check-in things started going downhill.
I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather.
We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak...
