"This hotel is aging, so go in with those expectations. For example, the keycard wouldn't open the outside door on the west side of the hotel, and you had to walk to the front. Since they gouged me on the rate for staying on CU-Boulder move-in weekend, certainly not worth the $400+ a night. I was also one of the lucky ones with no damage to my car, but many of the cars in the parking lot were vandalized and broken into, and I was told they have no security cameras. "

"Bathroom leak in the ceiling and pretty sure there was an elephant in the room above based on the very loud footsteps all night long. Complained about leak but seemed that they were short staffed although the woman who checked us in was very pleasant but seemed to be doing everything."

"This property was so convenient because it was just a short drive to Pearl Street Mall. Really clean. Wonderful breakfast!! Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean."

"The staff was great! We asked for late checkout and they were very accommodating!!! For that reason we will be back!!! I did not like the heavy marijuana smell in the hallways and elevator!!!"

"The hotel was good overall, although the staff specially the receptionist were not that great. I had to go to the receptionist 3 times because my key were not working unit i suggested to simply change the key. Again that could have been avoided if that was offered to me since the very beginning. Nor the service or guessing up for products prices in the little snack market they have inside. The day of my checkout, i approach the lady nicely to drop off the key and all i got was, ..." a finger...

"Parking garage is under the casino, so handy to the casino and hotel. The bar and grill in the hotel has good food and a good staff. We've eaten there each time we visit. People are friendly. Lots of gaming options."

"Very clean property set back in a nice quiet area. Great communication and friendly staff. The only downsides were losing power the first morning, and not having a place to hang hanging clothes. Used a hand towel bar."
