"The property was beautiful but there were several issues that were hard to look past. Half the elevators were out of service, pool had no towels consistently and not enough chairs. Housekeeping left our door open twice, even after bringing it to the front desk’s attention the first time. Can’t even get housekeeping service without an additional $100 charge, but we were able to get them to drop off towels, woo hoo. (Hence them leaving the door open). "Upon arrival fridge didn’t work and had to be replaced. One light had to be fixed. Sink didn’t drain. Had to ask for body wash and conditioner as bottles were empty and not replaced. One tiny bar of soap. One tiny tube of lotion which when we used it up never got replaced. Upgraded to a suite for an upcharge and the suite was actually smaller but had a sofa in it. "We had a wonderful stay and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, welcoming. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay. We particularly enjoyed making use of the outdoor pool. "This place was really nice. It was very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor pools, food and bar. There is lots of activities outside to do with your family and friends. We didn’t have a problem at all while we stayed there. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Key West. This is the best place I have stayed at."
