Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"Fantastic stay. The property is in a great, safe location...close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc and near public transportation. It was a beautiful room--clean and well appointed with a fridge, dishwasher, modern fixtures. Communication was fast, friendly and efficient. While there is no front desk, emails were answered quickly (usually within minutes) and there was someone present for a few hours every evening as well. Everyone was responsive and helpful. Oh and the air conditioner worked...

"The place is very well located and easily accessible. Very clean and good amenities however they dis not have basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt and pepper. This should be a must if you have a kitchen. No coffee either so you need to buy your own. Shower is awkward to get into. If you are on the larger side, it will be impossible to get in or out without stumbling in the toilet.
