"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although hotel is not far from train station, we were offered to and from complementary shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The basement room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge washroom and a kitchenette. House keeping was very tidy. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after a long day of hiking. "The property was very close to the station and being in front of the cable car going to Sunnegga. Although we didn’t go it is very convenient. Our room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. Walking distance to all including the gorner gorge. Breakfast was very good- can even order pancakes and good selection for a continental one. "An excellent hotel! They called us in advance to offer a complimentary pickup from the train station and they arranged a drop off too! The staff are super friendly and helpful.
