"Terrible! I promise you will regret staying here. The ONLY positive this property has is the very nice young lady at the front desk. Has NO water pressure to speak of. Could not brush my teeth at the sink. Woke up one morning and my bathroom floor was flooded. Entire place was really sketchy. Elevator felt and sounded like it was going to strand you. Dirty, nasty. Go ahead and stay there and see what you think."

"First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. "Staff restaurant ambiance"

"I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special."

"Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me"
