"We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless—some of the cleanest we’ve experienced—and very comfortable. The housekeeping team truly does an outstanding job. The spa was absolutely amazing—relaxing, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"Everything was excellent, the only downside was the fact that despite our room on the 4th floor being horribly warm at night the air-conditioning was not operating. When I asked at reception I was told that it was too early in the year for it to be turned on so we were very uncomfortable at night."
