"The hotel pool was closed.. with no warning when we booked or discount since it was. The breakfast was slim and once gone they did not restock even within the time for breakfast that they have posted. The laundry is also down with no warning about that. The elevator door was stuck open on main elevator ..."

"This property is very, very tired. Franchise owner needs to do his PIP (property improvement plan) or Hyatt needs to remove this property. Web site pictures are from the property's grand opening - it doesn't look like this now. There are hints of how nice it once was, but those days are long gone ..."
