"I am sorry to tell you but the condition of our room on Sunday September 13th was completely unacceptable. I had 2 rooms booked for over 2 months and I was put in a room that looked like it was under construction. Our door was replaced with a door that would not open or close unless I lifter it up. Also because it was not square in the jam did not allow the dead bolt to work. The grab bar in the shower had duct tape on it.
