"The staff was very acommodating. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Only small issue is shower curtain wasn’t long enough and water was all around walk in shower. Had a great stay. Was very close to everything. "

What stood out was that in my hurry to hit the road as soon as possible due to the snow, I realized I had left my purse in the room. I called and Cleo who assured me they would go up and bring it down to the desk. I turned around and when I went in, there it was! I couldn’t say thank you in person but I really appreciated it. "

There were dog treats at the front desk, they gave him a present (a really nice tug toy) and he was greeted by at least four staff members who petted him. The hotel is immaculate and quiet. "
