"Ubicación excepcional sobre todo si vas con niños pequeños. Prácticamente la playa está saliendo del hotel. Staff súper atento y amable. Siempre dispuestos a solventar cualquier duda que tengas. Buena vista del océano desde mi habitación ubicada al lateral del hotel. Todos los servicios en la habitación funcionaron excelente. Estacionamiento pequeño dentro del hotel. Pero te proporcionan dos ubicaciones con más espacio. Cruzando la Ocean Boulevard. Ofrecen desayuno de 6:30 a 9:30am. Aquí...

"We did appreciate the morning breakfast buffet. The attendant kept it stocked when items ran out. However, the hotel cleaning staff never cleaned our room and we were there five nights. Very frustrating and disappointing since we talked to the front desk about it, but they never resolved the problem."

"This is the first time I stayed at a home 2 suites hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the sweets were. It had everything that we needed. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. The only small complaint I had is that the pillows were horrible. They were paper thin. I don't know how these can even be called pillows. I asked them to bring up two more so that we could stack them up. The pillows that they brought up were a little bit thicker but still got flat very quickly....

"We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site. However, the restaurant was closed during our stay. Also, we were excited to try the complementary breakfast of which this was non-existent. If you wanted breakfast it was a $15 charge. I am not a fan of false advertising, therfore, wanted to voice my disappointment."

"OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself...

"This is a beautiful property with great rooms. Mount Pleasant is right over the Ravenel Bridge in case you want to get to some of the sites of Charleston. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Stefanie and Ms. Tommie. Everyone was wonderful, and I will absolutely be back!"

"The room was excessively damp. The towels were damp and already wet, my clothes were damp same as the bedding. The head board had so much dust I was able to write the date with my finger. The noise from guests in the parking lot was heard late into the night. Won't stay there ever again."

They could have moved us to a room with better Wifi but did not give us that option. Also there seemed to be zero communication of the issue from shift to shift, so every time we brought up the issue it was a surprise to the next person and we had to start the process over again. Manager also never responded to us to make it right. Very unfortunate so I...
