The Italian restaurant offered very good service and some lovely food.
The breakfast buffet in the Charcoal hotel was okay but not impressive.
We experienced a facial in the spa which was well done and very relaxing.
The hotel has some beautiful grounds but the children's play area was very run down. One pool was dry. The other was poorly maintained but was well laid out originally. The...

"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. "Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also.
Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam.
Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too."
