"This would have been a great hotel IF the elevators worked. When we arrived for our 3 night stay we noticed they only had one (out of two) working elevator for this 4-story hotel. On the second day of our stay the remaining elevator stopped working, requiring everyone to use the stairs. It was fixed later in the day, so we assumed it would be okay and stayed for the night as planned. However, on the morning we needed to check out we found the elevator inoperable and were required to haul our luggage down from the 4th floor. We will be requesting a refund. "

"Elevator broke down before we arrived. We had to carry all are bags to the 3rd floor. Front desk offered to help but never came. I am 63 and that was not fun. I ask for a discount but there was no one with authority to help."

"Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. But room wasn’t cool enough when we arrived and it took few hours to cool down which made us sweat. Better to keep the room temperature well before arrival so two stars down. Everything else was good."
