"A number of repairs needed: kitchen sink faucet, stuck bathroom door, door handle fell out, screens in the windows (bugs at night). Otherwise the location in Lucerne was good - a few blocks from the river. The outside of the building needs cleanup and a lighted entryway for guests to feel safer."

"Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."

"The apartments do not have AC and should at least have a fan. It was extremely hot with the heat wave and no air circulation at all. There was also foul smells in the morning that may have been from the neighbors cooking, not sure. Ultimately the building is nice but a little too far from the main downtown area."

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...
