However, the some of the services is not up to standard (multiple follow-up calls were necessary), the equipment shows signs of wear and tear (malfunctioning power outlets, a loose door handle, a window dirty on the outside), and the centralized electric control system, which was meant to be modern, is impractical and shows signs of aging."

"We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. Thanks "

"Molto caro questo hotel che sembra super lusso ma alla fine è abbastanza vecchio. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ma i bagni sono molto vecchi e la pulizia alle volte non è top: in 10 giorni mi sono ritrovata spesso la stanza a malapena sistemata. La vista è bellissima e la colazione molto buona anche se non super. Il servizio non è niente di che: non ci tengono ad aiutarti con le valigie o queste cose qui.. però in generale è ovviamente un ottimo hotel anche se per qualità prezzo a Jeddah ce...
