"The room was disgusting. Broken furniture, toilet was always clogged, shower doesn’t work, no phone in the room, and the staff was incredibly rude. Would only accept cash for anything additional that was requested such as towels or soap (which isn’t provided)"

The condition of the room, lobby, 'breakfast', and the lack of communication between the cleaning crew lead me to my not wanting to return to this Days Inn. I understand the current corporate focus on profit over people. I just wish you always knew what to expect when staying at a Wyndham property.
