"This is great bang for your buck! The property is older but has been well maintained and different things have been updated. The price is amazing. The location is awesome and in a nice area. It was quiet and the staff are so nice and super helpful. My one complaint was the air conditioning situation. If you get the suite, there is a fan in the living area that blows the air through a vent to the bedroom. It got a bit warm by the middle of the day but was otherwise comfortable. Would recommend...

They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. "We loved the "vibe" of this hotel and the attention to details when with the decor and renovations. We loved the cabanas at the pool and that it was heated. The only thing that wasn't fantastic was the breakfast options. We ended up going out for breakfast instead. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would DEFINITELY stay there again."

"So first off this is a beautiful hotel and the mountain view was incredible. Mountain view wasn't even advertised because I guess it's expected but it was gorgeous either way.
The pool closes at 10 sharp. We had hoped that as long as we got in before 10 they wouldn't kick us out immediately, but at 9:56 they were telling us we had three minutes.
The room was great but it only had one working TV remote for the two tvs, and one remote that did nothing. Sitting area, bed, hot water all perfectly...

"The location was very good for my needs. The hotel was clean. It is slightly older and could use remodeling but still very functional. The room Furniture wear was most noticeable as the drawers /doors were miss aligned and didn’t close completely. The rugs looked to me as they could use cleaning. Showers worked very nicely but the wear of the tub was a little off putting. The lobby, bar and restaurant were good. Food service was good and tasty. Staff was efficient and polite."
