"We checked in later in the evening without a problem. The room was very clean and stock with all the necessities. There is a restaurant /bar inside the hotel that can be a little loud in the evenings but wasn’t a bother. The only problem to be had was with the hot water wasn’t very warm at all. Advice- when you get your room number, find the nearest exit unless you prefer walking a bit back to the lobby."

"Room was not clean and the shampoo body washes were empty. No room service and was told to find and get it yourself. Food for purchase was molded and then was told that it has been there for weeks after purchase and no refund. I need tissues and toilet paper never was given. Had to go out and purchase everything elsewhere. Angry"

"The room was clean however the bathroom and especially the tub were covered with scum. We moved out after the first night and went to another hotel. The amenities were awful as well the pool was completely drained and any sitting areas were dirty. "

The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was good. The room was spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The facilities were well-maintained, Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. It truly made me feel at home while still enjoying the hotel stay. the hotel is close to many great restaurants and a shopping center which was super convenient. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless, enjoyable. I will definitely return on my next trip."

"Breakfast is great with eggs made to order. Housekeeping sucks, I stayed for 3 nights, first day no room service; I requested for the second day, still no service, towels were placed on counter, no tidying whatsoever, dustbins not properly cleaned. The second main complaint was the elevators not operating properly…usually only one or two in service even with a full house of occupants during the weekends."
