"Good"

"Resort fee is quite high for the amenities offered-we didn’t use the shuttle, nor did we take advantage of slushies or popsicles as they are available for a short period of time. Welcome drink was never offered, nor was parking pass. Happened to observe in other vehicles and inquired. The room was very clean, liked the decor how ever the only chair in the room sits very low to the floor. Challenging for those with any physical limitations. Rooms are also very noisy-they do provide a white noise...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your facility. It was beautiful, clean and had great amenities. However, we were disappointed that we were not able to go on the beach. We had to go to a nearby beach. We also thought it was not fair that there was an extra daily cost associated whether you went to the beach or not. That should be reassessed for fairness and good customer service."

"It was centrally located. I wish the beach was more maintained for being advertised as the largest private beach in all of key west. The staff was helpful, but wasn’t extraordinary. The pools were very nice. The outdoor bar was okay. The gift shop was very nice. The rooms were mostly clean. There was a lot of dust and dirt as well as sand in corners of the room, especially in the bathroom. Room service only came when we called to request which was odd. The Florida Resort tax should’ve been made...

"Great location near pier, shops, restaurants, and tours in Key West! Superb staff, exceptional clean suites, and very friendly staff!"
