"Loved the room set-up with 2 doors, 2 bathroom and 2 sections as bedroom. Which there was a possibility to close a door between the sections. Floors were not very clean but the rest of the rooms were. We have loved to have a plan as it is very easy to get lost since it is very big. Would have also loved to know what was included and what wasn’t."

"I have stayed at Century Motel 5 times as break during my trips to Quebec City. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area."

"I have been using this facility for many years. Unfortunately, it starts to show its age. Part of the roof (second floor) was covered with a tarpaulin. The carpet in the always leading to the suite where I stayed is filthy. The hotel is in dire need of a facelift. The service and the food are great."

"Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. And we were simply in a state where we could not do anything rather than just adjust. So a big heads up to all the ppl...

"Basic at best. You get what you pay for. Not the cleanest motel I’ve stayed at. Shower temperature and pressure were good. Air conditioner was working but did turn on and off all night. Windows were taped shut and not able to open them. Ants in bathroom sink and a very musty smell. Would I stay here again? Nope."

"Friendly staff, nice hotel. Two complaints… one of the pillows (not the pillow cover) smelled moldy and the air conditioner fan wouldn’t stay on to drown out hallway noise. Other than that, everything was good."
